Specifically want to praise the maintenance staff. When you live in an apartment, good maintenance is Key to being happy and living a stress-free life. Here at Render, you never wait more than a day with any kind of issue, It’s truly impressive. Also, the staff keeps the halls and sidewalks clean. This is a big challenge in Florida, especially near water, but somehow they do it. It is so nice to come home to clean hallways!! Office staff is also very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

I really enjoyed the water aerobics class! It was a fun workout that was suitable for all fitness levels. The instructor Maika had great energy and was so encouraging. The group had such positive energy and it was a fantastic addition to my day. I’ll definitely be back!

This is seriously one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever been too. The pool is incredible and the community is so kind. The events at the property are 10/10. Miaka does the BEST job creating a space that’s welcoming and fun. It’s such a treat to be able to relax and enjoy an activity hosted by someone so intentional.
